Every morning you get up and go about your day. These days, your mornings may look a little different or not. But have you ever thought about a day in the life of your skin, or even a single wrinkle?
1. No matter what schedule you keep, you begin each day by waking up and getting out of bed. The skin (and whole body) repair and restoring that goes on when you sleep stops for now. 5. You arrive at work and power up your computer. Your face is 12 inches away from the screen, a high energy source of blue light which may contribute to accelerated wrinkling. Maybe, the jury is out.
